【摘要】:ThistechnicalspecificationspecifiestheframeworkforthespecificationofComponentInterfaceSpecifications(CIS)forEnergyManagementSystemApplicationProgramInterfaces(EMS-API).ACISspecifiestheinterfacesthatacomponent(orapplication)shouldimplementtobeabletoexchangeinformationwithothercomponents(orapplications)and/ortoaccesspubliclyavailabledatainastandardway.IEC61970-1providestheEMS-APIreferencemodeluponwhichthisstandardisbased.Inthatreferencemodel,theterminologyusedinthistechnicalspecificationisintroducedandtheroleoftheCISisexplained.ThispartofIEC61970specificallyprovidesaframeworkforthespecificationoftheLevel1FunctionalRequirementsdocuments.Itexplainstheseparationofthesespecificationsintotwomajorgroups.Onegroupofstandardsdefinesthegenericservicesthatacomponentcanuseforexchanginginformationwithanothercomponentorforaccessingpublicdata.Theothergroupdefinestheinformationcontentofmessagesthatacomponentorsystemexchangeswithothercomponents.IEC61970-401alsoprovidesanoverviewofthefunctionalityincludedintheCISstandards.ThisfunctionalityisdescribedasasetofgenericservicesusingnarrativetextandUnifiedModelingLanguage(UML)notation.Thesegenericservicescanbeusedbyanyapplicationtoeither(1)exchangeinformationwithanotherindependentlydevelopedapplication/systemor(2)forpublicdataaccess.Thegenericservicesspecifythespecificevents,methods,andpropertiesthatcanbeusedbyapplicationsforthispurpose.ThispartofIEC61970alsoprovidesaroadmaptoexplainthecontentsofeachofthespecificationsinthefutureIEC61970-4XXseriesandtheunderlyingindustrydefactostandardsthatareincorporated.Aseparateseriesofdocuments(i.e.,thefutureIEC61970-5XX)describemappingstospecifictechnologiesfortheimplementationofthefutureIEC61970-4XXstandards.Toensureinteroperability,thereshouldbeastandardmappingforeachinterfacetoeachtechnology.Forexample,ifJavaisthechosenimplementationtechnology,thenthereneedstobeastandardmappingofthepublish/subscribeservicesspecifiedintheCISdocumenttoJavaservices.
