【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofmolecularweightdistributionsandmolecularweightaveragesoflinearpolyolefinsbyhightemperaturegelpermeationchromatography(GPC).Thistestmethodusescommerciallyavailablepolystyrenestandardsandequipmentandisapplicabletopolyethylenes(excludinghighpressurelowdensitypolyethylene-LDPE)andpolypropylenessolublein1,2,4-trichlorobenzene(TCB)at140C.Thistestmethodisnotabsoluteandrequirescalibration.Note1Sizeexclusionchromatography(SEC)oftenisusedasanalternativenameforgelpermeationchromatography(GPC).Note2Specificmethodsandcapabilitiesofusersmayvarywithdifferencesincolumns,instrumentation,applicationssoftware,andpracticesbetweenlaboratories.Note3Onegeneralmethodisoutlinedherein;alternativeanalyticalpracticescanbefollowedandareattachedinnoteswhereappropriate.Note4ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.ThevaluesstatedinSIunits,basedonIEEE/ASTMS1-10,aretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
