【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofmercuryindrinking,surface,groundandrainwaterusingatomicfluorescencespectrometry.NOTEThisInternationalStandardmaybeappliedtoindustrialandmunicipalwastewaterafteranadditionaldigestionstepunderappropriateconditions.Thepotentiallineardynamicrangeisapproximately1ng/lto100p,g/l.Inpractice,theworkingrangeisoftenfrom10ng/lto10>g/l.Samplescontainingmercuryatconcentrationshigherthantheworkingrangecanbeanalysedfollowingappropriatedilutionofthesample.Themethoddetectionlimit(xDL)willbedependentontheselectedoperatingconditionsandcalibrationrange.Withhighpurityreagents,axDLoflessthan1ng/lisobtainable.Therelativestandarddeviationistypicallylessthan5%forconcentrationsgreaterthantwentytimesthemethoddetectionlimit.Thesensitivityofthismethodisdependentontheselectedoperatingconditions.
