【摘要】:ISO19973-3:2007providestestproceduresfordeterminingreliabilityofpneumaticcylinderswithpistonrodbytestingandthemethodsofreportingtheresultsoftesting.ThegeneraltestconditionsandthecalculationmethodprovidedinPart1ofISO19973applytothefirstfailurewithoutrepairs,butexcludeoutliers.Thelifetimeofpneumaticcylindersisusuallygiveninnumberofcyclesorinkilometres.Therefore,whenevertheterm"time"isusedinthispartofISO19973-3:2007,thisvariableistobeunderstoodascyclesorkilometres.ISO19973-3:2007alsospecifiestestequipmentandthresholdlevelsforteststodeterminethereliabilityofpneumaticcylinderswithpistonrods,bothsingle-actinganddouble-acting.ISO19973-3:2007isintendedtobeappliedtopneumaticpistonrodcylindersthatconformtoISO6430,ISO6432,ISO15552andISO21287;however,pneumaticpistonrodcylindersthatdonotconformtotheseInternationalStandardsbutareusedinthesamerangeofoperatingconditionscanbetestedinaccordancewithoneoftheclassesdefinedinISO19973-3:2007.ItisnecessarythatanydeviationfromISO19973-3:2007bedocumentedinthetestreport.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodmaybeusedtodeterminetheinitial,fractional,filtrationefficiencyofhouseholdandcommercialcanister(tank-type),stick,hand-held,upright,andutilityvacuumcleanersystems.1.1.1Water-filtrationvacuumcleanerswhichdonotutilitzeareplaceabledrymediafilterlocatedbetweenthewater-basedfilterandcleaningairexhaustarenotincludedinthistestmethod.Ithasbeendeterminedthattheexhaustofthesevacuumcleanersisnotcompatiblewiththespecifieddiscreteparticlecounter(DPC)procedure.Theinitial,fractional,filtrationefficienciesoftheentirevacuumcleanersystem,atfourdiscreteparticlesizes(0.3,0.5,1.0and2.5?m),isderivedbycountingupstreamchallengeparticlesandtheconstituentofdownstreamparticleswhilethevacuumcleanersystemisbeingoperatedinastationarytestcondition.Thevacuumcleanersystemistestedatthenozzleunderanormalairflowrateequivalentto150%oftheairflowrateproducedatthemaximumairpowerpointasdeterminedinaccordancewithTestMethodF558.Thevacuumcleanersystemistestedwithanewfilter(s)installed,andwithnopreliminarydustloading.Thefractionalefficienciesdeterminedbythistestmethodshallbeconsideredinitialsystemfiltrationefficiencies.Neutralizedpotassiumchloride(KCl)isusedasthechallengemediainthistestmethod.Oneortwoparticlecountersmaybeusedtosatisfytherequirementsofthistestmethod.Bothrequireflowcontrolmeanstoswitchbetweensamplingtheupstreamanddownstreamairsamplingprobes.Toefficientlyutilizethistestmethod,automatedtestequipmentandcomputerautomationisrecommended.Differentsamplingparameters,flowrates,andsoforth,forthespecificapplicationsoftheequipmentandtestproceduremayprovideequivalentresults.Itisbeyondthescopeofthistestmethodtodefinethosevariouspossibilities.Thistestmethodislimitedtothetestapparatus,oritsequivalent,asdescribedinthisdocument.Thistestmethodisnotintendedordesignedtoprovideanymeasureofthehealtheffectsormedicalaspectsofvacuumcleaning.ThistestmethodisnotintendedordesignedtodeterminetheintegrityofHEPAfiltrationassembliesusedinvacuumcleanersystemsemployedinnuclearanddefensefacilities.Theinch-poundsystemofunitsisusedinthistestmethod,exceptforthecommonusageofthemicrometer,?m,forthedescriptionofparticlesizewhichisaSIunit.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
