【摘要】:Replacement:ThispartofIEC61558dealswiththesafetyofisolatingtransformersforgeneralapplicationsandpowersupplyunitsincorporatingisolatingtransformersforgeneralapplications.Transformersincorporatingelectroniccircuitsarealsocoveredbythisstandard.NOTE1Safetyincludeselectrical,thermalandmechanicalaspects.Unlessotherwisespecified,fromhereonward,thetermtransformercoversisolatingtransformersforgeneralapplicationsandpowersupplyunitsincorporatingisolatingtransformersforgeneralapplications.NOTE2Forpowersupplyunits(linear)thispartisapplicable.Forswitchmodepowersupplyunits,IEC61558-2-16isapplicabletogetherwiththispart.Thispartisapplicabletostationaryorportable,single-phaseorpolyphase,air-cooled(naturalorforced)independentorassociateddry-typetransformers.Thewindingsmaybeencapsulatedornon-encapsulated.Theratedsupplyvoltagedoesnotexceed1100Va.c.,andtheratedsupplyfrequencyandtheinternaloperatingfrequenciesdonotexceed500Hz.Theratedoutputdoesnotexceed:–25kVAforsingle-phasetransformers;–40kVAforpolyphasetransformers.Thispartisapplicabletotransformerswithoutlimitationoftheratedoutputsubjecttoanagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufacturer.NOTE3Transformersintendedtosupplydistributionnetworksarenotincludedinthescope.Theno-loadoutputvoltageortheratedoutputvoltagedoesexceed50Va.c.or120Vripple-freed.c.,andwhereapplicable,doesnotexceed500Va.c.or708Vripple-freed.c.Theno-loadoutputvoltageandtheratedoutputvoltagemaybeupto1000Va.c.or1415Vripple-freed.c.forspecialapplications.Thispartisnotapplicabletoexternalcircuitsandtheircomponentsintendedtobeconnectedtotheinputterminalsandoutputterminalsofthetransformers.Transformerscoveredbythispartareusedinapplicationswheredoubleorreinforcedinsulationbetweencircuitsisrequiredbytheinstallationrulesorbytheendproductstandard.NOTE4Attentionisdrawntothefollowing:-fortransformersintendedtobeusedinvehicles,onboardships,andaircraft,additionalrequirements(fromotherapplicablestandards,nationalrules,etc.)maybenecessary;-measurestoprotecttheenclosureandthecomponentsinsidetheenclosureagainstexternalinfluencessuchasfungus,vermin,termites,solar-radiation,andicingshouldalsobeconsidered;-thedifferentconditionsfortransportation,storage,andoperationofthetransformersshouldalsobeconsidered;-additionalrequirementsinaccordancewithotherappropriatestandardsandnationalrulesmaybeapplicabletotransformersintendedforuseinspecialenvironments.NOTE5Futuretechnologicaldevelopmentoftransformersmaynecessitateaneedtoincreasetheupperlimitofthefrequencies,untilthenthispartmaybeusedasaguidancedocument.
